I received an heirloom engagement ring, and Goldform quickly appraised it for me and gave a me a quote for custom designing a wedding band that would work with my ring. We had a long engagement, and when I went back with my original quote they were very happy to honor the original price they had quoted, and my wedding ring is stunning- exactly what I wanted, fits my engagement ring perfectly and matches the original craftsmanship of my 70 year old ring. They also expedited the process when a family emergency made it likely I would have to leave town, and re-mounted a jem that fell out of a much-loved necklace for free. If you need custom work done, or just don't want to go to a box store retailer, this family-run shop in Ottawa will get my vote every time. "
